Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReadyRoll, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

ReadyRoll provides shared availability calendars for tabletop, gaming, and other groups. Organisers can create calendars, share links, collect availability, see best upcoming dates, and mark planned sessions.

ReadyRoll can be used without an account. Calendar Links are enough to view and join a calendar, Personal Calendar Links are enough to return as the same participant, and Organiser Links are enough to manage manually.

Accounts are optional and add recovery and convenience. Participants do not need an account or payment to join calendars and mark availability.

Calendar Links, Personal Calendar Links, and Organiser Links are bearer-style access links. Anyone with the relevant link may be able to access the calendar, participant place, or organiser controls.

You are responsible for who you share links with. Organiser Links should be kept private because anyone with the link can manage the calendar.

ReadyRoll Plus is optional organiser convenience. It helps organisers save organiser access, use dashboard organiser tools, and keep recurring calendars moving, but free link-based calendar use remains available.

Plus gates account-based organiser convenience and tools only. Participants never need to pay.

Eligible first-time accounts can start a 30-day Plus trial. After the trial, Plus continues at $40/year, tax included, unless cancelled. A payment method is collected upfront.

Checkout, payment method handling, tax, invoices, payment-related billing, and the billing portal are handled by Stripe/Onelink. Signed-in billing customers can access the billing portal from the ReadyRoll Account page.

Plus can be cancelled anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Trial or active users scheduled to cancel keep Plus until the relevant trial or current period ends. If Plus ends, Calendar Links, Personal Calendar Links, Organiser Links, joined calendars, availability, and planned sessions keep working.

Saved organiser access is not deleted just because Plus ends, though account-based organiser convenience may be paused.

Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges. Refunds are reviewed case by case.

Examples that may be reviewed include recent accidental renewals, duplicate charges, or billing errors. ReadyRoll does not promise pro-rata refunds or a fixed refund window.

Self-service account deletion is available from the Account page for accounts without an active Plus trial or paid Plus period. If Plus is active or scheduled to end later, use Manage Billing first or contact ReadyRoll for help.

Deleting an account removes the ReadyRoll account and recovery layer. It does not automatically delete shared calendars, availability, planned sessions, Calendar Links, Personal Calendar Links, or Organiser Links. Calendars are managed or deleted through organiser flows.

You agree not to misuse ReadyRoll, disrupt the platform, attempt to access data without permission, share harmful content, or use automated systems to overload the service.

ReadyRoll is provided "as is". While ReadyRoll aims to provide a reliable service, uptime and data persistence are not guaranteed.

ReadyRoll is not responsible for any losses, missed sessions, or damages arising from the use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

ReadyRoll may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time. These terms may also be updated as ReadyRoll evolves.
