Privacy Policy

ReadyRoll stores the information needed to run shared availability calendars. This can include calendar titles, details, date ranges, timezones, participant display names, availability, and planned sessions.

If you use an optional account, ReadyRoll stores account information such as your account email, authentication user id, saved participant identities, and saved organiser access. If you use ReadyRoll Plus, ReadyRoll stores the billing status and provider identifiers needed to keep Plus working and help with support.

ReadyRoll is designed to work by link. Calendar Links are public-by-link and let anyone with the link view or join the calendar. Personal Calendar Links identify a participant place. Organiser Links grant management access.

Anyone with one of those links may be able to access the relevant calendar, participant identity, or organiser functions, so take care when sharing them.

ReadyRoll uses local storage to keep edit tokens and display names in your browser so you can return to calendars as yourself without an account.

If you use an optional account, Supabase Auth session cookies are used to keep you signed in.

Stripe/Onelink handles checkout, payment method handling, tax, invoices, and the billing portal. ReadyRoll does not store full card details.

ReadyRoll stores billing metadata and status needed for account entitlement, billing state display, and support.

ReadyRoll uses service providers such as Vercel and Supabase for hosting, database, and authentication. These providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, logs, and operational or security metadata.

ReadyRoll uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for lightweight site and performance analytics. Email delivery providers may process account confirmation, password reset, and other account-related emails.

ReadyRoll stores privacy-safe product analytics events to understand whether core flows such as creating calendars, joining, saving availability, and Plus checkout are working.

These events are intended to avoid names, emails, calendar titles, private links, tokens, full URLs, and payment identifiers.

Contact form submissions contain whatever you choose to submit, such as your reply email and support details.

Please do not submit passwords, card details, token-bearing links, admin tokens, edit tokens, Stripe IDs, or private calendar URLs.

ReadyRoll retains calendar data while it is needed for calendar functionality. Expired calendars are automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after the calendar date range ends, including related participant data, availability, and planned sessions.

Plus expiry or cancellation does not immediately delete calendars, participant identities, or saved organiser access. Calendars are managed or deleted through existing organiser flows.

Self-service account deletion is available from the Account page for accounts without an active Plus trial or paid Plus period. If Plus is active or scheduled to end later, use Manage Billing first or contact ReadyRoll for help. Deleting your ReadyRoll account removes the account and recovery layer, but does not automatically delete shared calendars. Calendar Links, Personal Calendar Links, Organiser Links, availability, and planned sessions can continue to work by link.

This policy may be updated as ReadyRoll evolves.
