Share this with your group.
- People use it to view the calendar, join, and mark availability.
- This is the link to post in your group chat or Discord channel.
Personal Calendar Link
This is for one participant.
- It lets that person return as themselves and update availability.
- Do not post it for everyone, because it belongs to one person.
Organiser Link
This is the private management link.
- It lets someone edit the calendar, manage planned sessions, close joining, and remove participants.
- Anyone with this link can manage the calendar, so keep it private.
Share the Calendar Link widely. Keep Personal Calendar Links personal. Keep the Organiser Link private.
Using ReadyRoll without an account
Accountless use is normal ReadyRoll use. It is not a demo mode, and it is not second-class.
- You can create and use ReadyRoll by link.
- Participants can join and mark availability without signing in.
- The organiser manages with the Organiser Link.
- Participants return with their Personal Calendar Link.
- If private links are lost, recovery is limited unless they were saved to an account.

ReadyRoll Plus
Plus helps organisers keep recurring group calendars moving. It saves organiser access to the dashboard, shows what needs attention, helps copy group updates, and can add the next 30 days when a calendar is running out. It starts with a 30-day trial, then continues at $40/year, tax included. Participants never need Plus.
If Plus is paused, calendars do not break. Calendar Links, Personal Calendar Links, Organiser Links, joined calendars, availability, and planned sessions keep working.
Useful extras
Planned sessions
Availability is what people can do. A planned session is what the organiser has chosen.
Marking a planned session does not change anyone's availability. It just shows the group which date is currently planned.
If Saturday 18 July is chosen for the next game, the organiser can mark it as a planned session.
Discord companion
Discord can show summaries and link people back to ReadyRoll. Availability is still marked in ReadyRoll, so the web app remains the source of truth.

Anyone with that link can manage the calendar. Keep it with the people who should organise.
Do not share your Personal Calendar Link with the whole group
It belongs to one participant and should be used only by that person.
Do not worry if availability changes
Participants can come back and update their Yes, Maybe, or No while future dates remain open.
Do not ask participants to pay
Participants never need ReadyRoll Plus to join, mark availability, or return with their link.
