Use Discord alongside your group calendar
The ReadyRoll Discord app shows availability summaries and links players back to ReadyRoll to mark availability. See planned sessions, perfect dates, and best alternatives without leaving your server — while keeping one ReadyRoll calendar connected to each channel.
What the app does
- Shows planned sessions, perfect dates, and best alternatives directly in Discord
- Links players back to ReadyRoll to mark availability
- Remembers one ReadyRoll calendar per channel
- Lets people with Manage Channels permission retrieve the Calendar Link when needed
How it works
- 1Add the ReadyRoll Discord app to your server
- 2Link your ReadyRoll calendar using /readyroll set-event
- 3Players check availability summaries directly in Discord
- 4People with Manage Channels permission can retrieve the Calendar Link when needed
Commands
/readyroll set-eventLink the current channel to a ReadyRoll calendar.
/readyroll clear-eventRemove the linked ReadyRoll calendar from the channel.
/readyroll show-linksShow the Calendar Link for the channel (Manage Channels permission required).
/readyroll statusShow the current availability summary for the calendar.
/readyroll plannedList the organiser's planned sessions for the calendar.
/readyroll perfectShow dates where everyone is available.
/readyroll alternativesShow the best remaining options when no date works for everyone.
/readyroll voteOpen the calendar page so players can mark availability in ReadyRoll.
Important note
Availability is still marked on ReadyRoll. The /readyroll vote command opens the calendar page. Your browser may remember you there. If not, use your Personal Calendar Link or ask the organiser to resend it.
The Organiser Link remains private and is managed through ReadyRoll. The Discord app never displays or recovers it.
